Long-term deactivation and storage norms

Pre-discontinuation treatment:

   Thoroughly clean the surface of oil and dirt, apply rust preventive oil (recommended Nox-Rust 365 water-based coating).

   Run for 30 minutes to repel moisture and upgrade winding insulation resistance to ≥10MΩ.

Storage environment:

   Temperature -15℃~40℃, humidity ≤70%, away from corrosive gases.

   Vertical motors avoid lying down to prevent bearing deformation.

Test before commissioning:

   Shaking table test insulation resistance (≥1MΩ), lower than the standard need to drying treatment.

   Manually rotate the rotor to confirm that there is no stagnation.
